Casual Position to work across all sites – Wonthaggi, San Remo and Cowes


Applications are invited from receptionist/administrative workers interested in joining our busy Organisational Support team.


Essential requirements:

  • Extensive experience in a busy reception and / or administrative role
  • Proven well-developed organisational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information and maintain client privacy
  • Demonstrated experience working with a range of IT software, communication devices/programs and reception switchboard
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills
  • Excellent public relations and customer service skills
  • Current driver’s licence
